Hi, I’m Sadé Christine
My work is grounded in both lived experience and ongoing study across somatic, trauma-informed, and contemplative practices. I’m a certified meditation teacher with over 15 years of personal practice, a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher, a conscious connected breathwork facilitator, and a sound healing guide.
My additional training includes certifications in restorative yoga, yoga therapy, and integrative somatic trauma therapy, along with hands-on assist training to support safe, embodied experiences.
These practices have not only transformed my own relationship to rest and regulation—they’ve become the foundation of how I hold space for others to return to themselves.
For nearly a decade, I helped people travel the world.
Now, I help them travel within.
Before founding Sanawell, I spent years in the high-pressure world of aviation—constantly performing, adapting, and overriding the quiet signals from my body.
Like so many, I believed that pushing through was strength.
But beneath the surface, chronic stress had taken root.
It clouded my clarity, dimmed my sense of self, and quietly impacted my health.
That kind of invisible exhaustion is everywhere.
I see it in high performers running on empty, in caregivers who never pause to breathe, and in people so accustomed to survival mode that stillness feels foreign.
We’ve normalized burnout—
but that doesn’t mean we’re meant to live this way.
Sanawell is my response to that.
It emerged from my healing—
through grief, survival, hyper-independence, and the deep discomfort of never having learned the language of my own nervous system.
During one of the most challenging seasons of my life, it was
sound, stillness, breath, and somatic restoration that helped me re-inhabit my body and reconnect with a version of myself that wasn’t shaped by stress or survival.
These practices didn’t just soothe— they slowly restructured my internal landscape.
Today, I use these same practices to support individuals and teams in shifting out of chronic stress and overwhelm—
and into greater clarity, regulation, and connection.
These practices taught me that
rest isn’t passive.
It’s radical.
Intentional.
And deeply restorative.
And you don’t need to hit burnout to begin.
Sanawell offers a return.
A return to your body.
To your breath.
To your natural state of ease.
My work is rooted in nervous system science, trauma sensitivity, and the understanding that stress isn’t just a feeling—
it rewires how we think, connect, and move through life.
I guide individuals, teams, and communities through sound healing, somatic tools, and evidence-informed rest practices that invite meaningful shifts—physiologically, emotionally, and energetically.
This is more than wellness.
It’s reclamation.
Because your body was never designed to live in a constant state of urgency, and caring for yourself doesn’t need to wait for a breaking point.
